As a Product Manager of Content Solutions in AbbVie International Commercial BTS, you will join a diverse, global team that invests in your customized career growth and uses technology and data to positively impact people’s lives.\nResponsibilities:\nProposing, initiating, and leading programs that continuously improve the technical solutions used throughout the content life cycle (Planning, Review/Approval, Production, Delivery, Operations) \nPartnering closely with Customer Excellence team and BTS affiliate-focused (Geo) teams to understand business strategies and vision, identify technology needs and define Content Solutions roadmap \nOwning initiatives such as Content Review Assistant powered by AI, content deployment improvements, data taxonomy refinement, Vault enhancements and furthering the use of artificial intelligence (AI) across the content life cycle \nConnecting with our international affiliates to understand local needs and drive activation of existing capabilities \nLiaising with content operations team and continuously driving content operations improvements, coordinating with digital channels, data and analytics and data integration teams \nIdentifying current and emerging business needs and evaluating technology solutions and trends to balance short-term and long-term objectives \nUnderstanding and leveraging both data and technology capabilities already in use across AbbVie and recommending appropriate application within content product portfolio \nManaging portfolio of products, securing cross-functional alignment on project scope, benefits, cost, and timeline, and providing visibility to business and technology leadership on the status \nDeveloping comprehensive estimates and timelines by soliciting input and collecting feedback from all impacted stakeholders \nWorking across BTS and business functions to negotiate and secure resources across a matrixed team of Product Managers, Architects, and Analysts \nEnsuring that systems are architected in a way that results in technology synergies and simplified integration to help manage multi-vendor relationships and integrations \nAdhering to compliance expectations of applicable AbbVie policies and procedures.\n Required:\nBachelor's Degree with 7 years’ experience; OR Master's Degree with 6 years’ experience; OR PhD with 2 years of experience \nRespective years of experience in managing or coaching vendor resources \nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build trust, listen, and ask effective questions \nInnovative thinking and the ability to leverage experience to be successful in an entrepreneurial environment \nInterest in technology trends and application of technology to improve end user’s experience.\nProven track record of effective project leadership and positive results \nAbility to independently manage time and priorities \nNegotiation with IT suppliers and vendors \nStrong analysis and analytical skills \nAbility to interact with business leaders in non-IT conversations \nAbility to work in global time zone\nPreferred:\nExperience with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM or other content management solutions\nUnderstanding/expertise in definition and implementation of digital strategies for pharmaceutical/healthcare industry\n Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:\nThe compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
