You will be a technical problem-solver and champion for quality and operational improvements.\nLead the MEP Program by delivering criteria set out in Reliability Engineering minimum requirements and driving metric attainment.\nOwner of Site CMMS (Maximo) ensuring best in class practices, procedures and compliance are in place and adhered to.\nDrive best in class maintenance practices, managing governing procedures and compliance across the Site.\nConduct reliability analyses including RCM, FMEA, and RCA on critical assets.\nReview and optimize Preventive Maintenance programs and conduct effectiveness assessments.\nMonitor operations of plant equipment to identify/prevent emerging failures.\nAnalyze maintenance work orders and equipment failure history; develop solutions to recurring issues.\nManage Predictive Maintenance and Mechanical Integrity Programs.\nReview maintenance and installation plans for new equipment and provide reliability specifications.\nDrive continuous improvement to minimize equipment and utility risks.\nSupport optimization and improvement of critical assets.\nEngage with Global Engineering and participate in engineering forums.\nEnsure compliance with procedures, policies, and regulatory standards (GMP, HPRA/FDA).\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and improvement initiatives.\nChampion EHS practices and supports a culture of safety excellence.\n Third-level qualification in Engineering.\n5 years’ engineering experience ideally gained in a cGMP environment.\nProficiency in Computerised Management Maintenance Systems (Maximo an advantage).\nStrong computer literacy with the ability to analyse data.\nReliability engineering and continuous improvement experience.\nDemonstrated problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to right-first-time ethos\n AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.
