We are smart, fun, quirky, and innovative - and we would love for you to join us.\nAs the Sr. Analyst of National Data Operations, you will continuously improve operational and reporting processes for national Rx and sales data in support of cross functional business teams including, AbbVie's APEX Analytics Teams, Forecasting, and Business Development. National Rx and sales data is a critical for understanding the performance of AbbVie franchises relative to the market and financial forecasts and is cleaned and organized into repositories to facilitate internal use. The Sr. Analyst, National Data Operations leads the Immunology repositories process which includes interfacing with suppliers of national data (e.g. IQVIA, Health Verity (formerly Symphony Health) to understand changes in data capture including addition/removal of reporting pharmacies, product blocking, and others.; communicate appropriately with national data users, and implement changes to Immunology business rules under the guidance APEX Immunology leaders. In support of objectives related to reporting and repositories, the Sr. Analyst, National Data Operations assists in the supervision of an offshore team that supports all repositories, including Immunology.\nThe role also coordinates cross-functional data enablement, validation, and operational readiness for NPCL/CDLM, the US Commercial KPI Tracker, ELT Trackers, and related automation initiatives across therapeutic areas.\nData Stewardship and Governance:\nAct as the Data Steward for syndicated national data, ensuring adherence to the USTO Data Governance Operating Model, overseeing, and improving data quality management activities of the offshore support team.\nIdentify relevant changes in data capture through interface with data suppliers and partner with Immunology APEX leadership to implement appropriate corrections Champion Data Governance improvements aligned with Commercial Data Operations leadership.\nManage the business data glossary, ensuring terms, classifications, and business rules are effectively documented and accessible to data users.\nEnsure compliance-related classifications and tagging are complete for all Critical Data Elements.\nDefine, document, map, and validate standard and custom data quality checks; coordinate onboarding of data quality results into CDQM and the Central DQ Dashboard; and track open ownership, resourcing, approval, and timeline dependencies through completion.\nReporting and Analysis:\nAssist the Manager, National Reporting with KPI tracking and other executive performance reporting weekly and monthly.\nEnsure smooth operations and continuous improvement of internal and third-party analytics pipelines.\nAbility to manage and interact effectively with external vendors of national data\nAbility to lead, manage and interact effectively with offshore team supporting reporting and repositories aligned with National Reporting Manager, and act as subject matter expert for Immunology repositories.\nLead user acceptance testing and source-to-output validation for new metrics and repository enhancements, document test evidence, investigate discrepancies, distinguish confirmed issues from items pending clarification, and coordinate business sign-off before production deployment.\nAssist the Manager in coordinating LBE, PLAN, and actuals inputs with Finance, brand analytics, and reporting teams; confirm source-file completeness, reporting periods, metric definitions, and delivery timing; and communicate interim approaches when required inputs are delayed or incomplete.\nAbility to maintain the enterprise report registry and supporting SharePoint inventory across therapeutic areas, validate report lifecycle information, identify duplicate or discontinued outputs, and support recommendations for report continuation, consolidation, automation, or retirement.\nCollaboration and Communication:\nEstablish strong cross-functional relationships with APEX Analytics Teams, Immunology teams, Data Governance, Data Strategy, and Forecasting.\nAssist with effective communication to senior executives and APEX analytics teams of data changes and enhancements implemented at vendor partners.-\nCoordinate end-to-end workstreams across APEX, Data Governance, BTS, Finance, brand teams, and external partners by documenting decisions, owners, deliverables, dependencies, target dates, and required approvals; escalate risks that may affect production deployment or reporting timelines.\n BA or BS degree required. MBA or master's degree in computer science, data science, or related technical field is preferred.\nBachelor's degree plus 3+ years of related analytics work experience, or master's degree plus 2+ years of related work experience (business, system or commercial analytics, IT/systems experience).\nStrong working knowledge and experience with AI, SQL, Power BI, and Excel. Expert with Excel data analysis and pivot tables is essential. Python experience is a plus.\nDeep understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial environment and business needs is preferred.\nExperience performing UAT and reconciling data across source files, data repositories, development and production environments, and executive reporting outputs; ability to document evidence and drive discrepancy resolution with technical and business partners.\nDemonstrated record of accomplishment of effective management of process(es) related to data in a matrixed internal environment and with vendor partners reflecting strong attention to detail, proactive issue management and effective cross-functional communication\nStrong analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, business acumen, and creativity in problem-solving.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize substantial amounts of information into a concise, easy-to-understand story\nExperience communicating to leadership in a large multinational organization, demonstrating appropriate alignment with reporting line and attention to detail in executive-ready communications a plus\nAbility to build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to enable higher performance.\nOpen to suggestions and experimentation for improvement, embracing the ideas of others and nurturing innovation.\n Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:\nThe compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
