- 本科及以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业毕业。
- 从事两年或以上皮科或消化领域，生物制剂或特药等医药行业工作经验，有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑。
- 具备出色的学术专业能力以及较强地判断能力。
- 良好地沟通和语言表达能力。
- 热爱本职工作，负有责任心，能承受工作压力。
- 具有团队合作及吃苦耐劳精神。
