In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving field issues reported by users of our Android applications. You will work closely with our development, QA, LifeCycle engineering, Systems and support teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues, enhancing the overall user experience.\n\nResponsibilities: \nTriage and debug field issues reported by users of our Android applications.\nAnalyze crash reports, logs, and other diagnostic data to identify the root cause of issues.\nCollaborate with development teams to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve issues.\nPrioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution.\nCommunicate effectively with support teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on issue status.\nDocument findings, solutions, and best practices to improve the triage process.\nContinuously monitor and analyze field data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.\nWork with QA teams to develop and execute test plans for reproducing and verifying fixes.\n\nRequirements: \nAbility to lead cross-functional groups for speedy resolution of field issues.\nGreat investigational ability to Root causing the issues and bugs in our Android apps.\nDevelopment Experience with Java/Kotlin.\nKnowledge of Reactive functional frameworks (Coroutine Flows, RxJava, and Realm).\nFamiliarity with mobile network protocols and connectivity issues.\nKnowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools.\nExperience with version control systems, such as Git/Bitbucket.\nUnderstanding of Agile development methodologies.\nExperience working with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Virtual Environments.\nNice to Have: Experience working in FDA, Medical and other regulated environments such as GDPR.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nA minimum of 3+ years of native Android development and debugging experience.\nStrong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools.\nExperience with crash reporting tools and Android log analysis\nProficient in analyzing logs and diagnostic data to identify issues.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n\nAdditional Information: \nActive participation in daily triage meetings in US/MX time zones (PST and EST).\nExpected to collaborate with our globally distributed engineering teams based in the USA, EU and Mexico.\nMay require weekly/daily sync-up meetings in US time zones (PST and
