Team members work in a physically demanding environment where meeting productivity standards and safety standards are required. We are currently seeking a Full Case Picker who ensures that items are replenished daily for each store’s deliveries.\nResponsibilities\nMonday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - approximately 4:30 PM; the ending time can vary depending on the day's workload. This is a full-time position. \nPlacing labels on cases of liquor to ensure inventory is allocated to the correct store\nProper placement of cases on the conveyor to limit damages\nUse a wearable scanner\n70 cases per hour is the minimum production standard\nWarehouse Responsibilities - All Employees\nFollow all ABC safety protocols\nPromptly report and clean up spills, breakage, or other issues\nLift 35-50-pound cases, sometimes a hundred times a day\nStand on feet for 10+ hours a day\nMaintain minimum productivity standards per department \nAssemble boxes for spilt case line\nClean, sanitize, and keep warehouse tidy\nPrepare work area for next day, including charging equipment and organizing area\nOther duties as assigned\nJob Requirements - Minimum Experience, Skills, and Education\nWarehouse experience is a plus but not required; company training provided\nWarehouse Requirements - All Employees\n19 years of age or older\nMust pass both drug and background checks prior to starting work\nMust speak and understand job-level English\nHave a positive teamwork attitude; is reliable and trust-worthy\nPhysical Requirements - With or Without Accommodations\nMust be able to remain standing for long periods of time, upwards of 10 hours at a time, and move throughout the warehouse\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds of product\nMust be able to reach with hands and arms for product and use hands to work with and feel product\nAble to frequently climb and descend ladders or lift platforms that may be greater than 6 feet. \nAble to move body to access products that are out of reach above or below body level\nSense of smell occasionally needed to find damages that may not be visible\nClose vision (at 20 inches or less), distance vision (at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus are needed.\nWork Environment\nFrequent humid conditions: the warehouse is a not temperature controlled.
