The program has a target completion time of 6 months, with the goal\nof transitioning into an Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader position.\nResponsibilities:\nDemonstrate ABC’s Core Values with our Guests and Team Members every day.\nComplete all training within the LIT program, targeting completion in 6 months or less.\nFollow training timelines and competency checklists to ensure progression.\nAttend all LIT training sessions and meetings as scheduled.\nTravel to other stores as planned by the District Manager or LIT Program Manager.\nIdentify opportunities to grow sales and enhance store operations.\nHelp ensure consistent visual and operational merchandising standards.\nDevelop knowledge in inventory control, replenishment, and merchandising.\nPerform key management tasks such as opening/closing the store, cash control, and receiving shipments.\nBuild supervisory skills including delegation, scheduling, training, performance management, and discipline.\nAttend mandatory company training and participate in off-site or remote meetings.\nSupport company-wide initiatives such as resets, remodels, new store openings, and in-store events.\nCommunicate regularly with the District Manager, LIT Program Manager, and HR Business Partner about program progress and store needs.\nSupport a clean and safe store environment.\nUpon program completion and leadership approval, apply to open Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader positions.\nMake sound business decisions and escalate when necessary.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the District Manager or LIT Program Manager.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMust be 21 years of age or older.\nAt least 6 months of retail leadership experience or a combination of 2 years of education in Business Management or a related field and equivalent experience.\nThe ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs demand\nGeneral Requirements:\nMaintain regular and predictable onsite attendance: All Team Members are expected to report to work\nas scheduled and remain onsite for the duration of their shifts.
