Increase sales and product performance to meet store goals.\n\nReceive, unload, and validate invoices, organize and stock store deliveries.\n\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, Team Member areas (e.g., lockers and kitchen), and customer-facing spaces such as restrooms.\n\nAssist with daily property upkeep by sweeping and removing debris inside the store and in exterior areas such as parking lots and walkways, collecting shopping carts, emptying trash, and performing routine restroom cleaning.\n\nProvide wrapping service for ABC products, assemble custom gift baskets, and offer carryout service when needed.\n\nStay current on required training, company policies, and product knowledge to ensure compliance and provide an informed, high-quality Guest experience.\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned by Store Leadership.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMust be 21 years of age or older.\n\nThe ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as business\n\nneeds demand.\n\nNo prior retail experience required, though previous customer-facing experience is a plus.\n\nGeneral Requirements:\nMaintain regular and predictable onsite attendance: All Team Members are expected to report\nto work as scheduled and remain onsite for the duration of their shifts.
