If you love experimenting with new ideas, working in an open-minded and supportive environment, and shaping meaningful experiences for fitness entrepreneurs, we’d love to have you on board.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign and develop backend services using Go as part of our delivery \nBuild and maintain APIs and service logic that power the communications on the Glofox platform and its CRM solution: Xlerate \nWork with Circle CI, AWS and MongoDB as needed for feature delivery \nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and testers to ship reliable increments \nParticipate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of our delivery practices \nWork with an energized, fun, friendly and customer-focused cross-functional team \nUse cutting edge Agile & Lean ways of working underpinned by DevOps and CI/CD \nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field exp. preferred \n4+ years of experience with a general-purpose programming language, 2+ in Golang \nExperience designing and maintaining APIs and service-oriented backends, including webhooks and event-driven systems \nKnowledge of MongoDB \nSolid understanding of the practical application of agile development methods in an Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery environment \nKnowledge of modern Quality and Testing principles \nComfortable learning new technologies and systems \nBasic knowledge of code versioning tools \nStrong written and verbal communication \nAND IT'S GREAT TO HAVE:\nPrior CRM or club-management experience \nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases \nExposure to AWS or similar cloud platforms \nKnowledge of tooling around continuous deployment \n\nCompensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is -\n230,000.00 - 250,000.00 PLN- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable.
