interpret technical blueprints, 3D drawings, and machining schematics\n\nSet up and operate CNC machines for production runs, ensuring proper configuration and alignment with specifications\n\nInput and adjust CNC programming codes, including feed rates, speeds, and cutting paths\n\nPerform precision machining and rework of metal components to meet exact tolerances\n\nMeasure and verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and precision tools\n\nConduct quality control checks to ensure all parts meet design and production standards\n\nPerform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance\n\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing workspace in compliance with safety standards\n\nQualifications\nMinimum of 3+ years of experience as a CNC Operator or Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment\n\nExperience with EnRoute and/or Fusion 360 software and MultiCam CNC machines (required)\nExperience with CO2 and Fiber laser cutting systems (Boss Laser or similar) is a plus\n\nStrong knowledge of metalworking, machining processes, and CNC programming\n\nAbility to interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and orthographic projections\n\nProficiency in mathematics, mechanical concepts, and basic materials science\n\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills\n\nAbility to analyze production
