This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers while ensuring their projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.\nAssist customers with identifying the best printing products and services for their projects.\nIdentify sales opportunities and recommend additional products, services, and print solutions based on customer needs.\nFollow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, project status, and future printing needs.\nAssist with generating new business and developing relationships with prospective customers.\nPrepare quotes, process customer orders, and ensure accurate job specifications.\nHandle customer questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.\nProvide front counter assistance and create a welcoming, customer-focused experience.\nPrint, scan, copy, and produce jobs in accordance with customer instructions and specifications.\nOperate both large and small format printing equipment.\nReview completed jobs for accuracy and quality before delivery to customers.\nMaintain and clean printing equipment on a regular basis.\nAssist with inventory management and organization of printing materials and supplies.\nWork closely with production, sales, and management teams to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met.\nAssist other team members and managers in improving efficiency throughout the job and production process.\nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:\nExperience with large and small format printing preferred.\nExperience working within the printing industry preferred.\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nSales experience or a strong interest in developing sales and customer relationships.\nComfortable speaking with customers and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.\nAbility to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nExperience with Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design programs.\nComputer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Adobe programs, Publisher, and similar software.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule.\nWillingness to follow company processes, safety standards, and policies.\nIDEAL CANDIDATE:\nThe ideal candidate is customer-focused, outgoing, sales-minded, and knowledgeable about print production.
