One Stop Solution.\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nWe are currently seeking a proactive and experienced on-site Print Shop Manager who has experience within a printing industry, who can become an integral member of the team.\n*Printing Experience and Large Format Printing is Required!*\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPartners with shop and remote leadership to provide administrative and managerial support for the designated shop\nAssists Shop Manager in organizing the shop workforce during regular hours or in an extra hours situation\nMonitors jobs in production and communicates with production and graphics specialists any special instructions, proofs, and shipping info\nContacts clients with questions on specifications and/or questions regarding print job submitted\nEnsures all project deadlines are met and associated cost budgets are adhered to\nTrains shop staff on proper production procedures and techniques\nEnsures that equipment is being properly maintained and upgraded.
