deadlines, and budgets\nCommunicate job requirements clearly to production teams, including operators and prepress staff\nReview incoming job details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and print readiness\nFollow up with clients regarding file issues, production questions, and scheduling updates\nTrack jobs through completion and ensure proper job closure, delivery, and shipment logging\nProvide professional front desk and phone support to clients and internal teams\nMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient reception and production intake area\nManage office and production supplies inventory\nSupport production staff with administrative and workflow assistance as needed\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management\nQualifications\nStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail\nExperience with Reprographics\nExperience in customer service, print production, prepress, or graphics environment preferred\nWorking knowledge of offset printing, digital printing, and production workflows\nFamiliarity with prepress processes and file preparation standards\nStrong problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nExperience with graphics applications (Adobe
