Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Seamstress/factory operative with a background in manufacturing or production environments to join our team. Key Responsibilities: -Operate sewing machines for SEG graphics, alterations, and repairs, ensuring high quality standards -Work with a variety of fabrics and materials, adhering to production specifications. -Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and tidying workspace and equipment regularly. -Assist with shop floor cleaning duties to ensure health and safety standards are met. -Support the team with general factory duties, including inventory management, stock organization, and light administrative tasks. -Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and improve workflow. -Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines and other equipment to ensure proper functioning. -Be flexible to take on additional roles as needed, including support
