[Add 1-2 sentences on culture, team, or growth opportunities.]\nThe Role\nAs our Process Server Recruiter, you'll find and engage the people who keep our network running: active legal process servers and people interested in flexible gig work who want to become one. You'll partner with the sourcing team to run high-volume outreach, explain the role to candidates, and build a strong, ready-to-activate pipeline across the US. This is a continuous recruiting function, so you'll adjust your sourcing strategies as market trends and coverage needs change.\nWhat You'll Do\nGenerate leads through high-volume outreach (cold calling, SMS, and email campaigns)\nExecute creative sourcing strategies to reach high-quality candidates nationwide\nScreen candidates for reliability, qualifications, and role fit\nExplain the independent contractor model and role expectations to candidates\nBuild and maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools in our ATS/CRM\nTrack and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs\nKeep hiring managers updated on strategy, hires, and pipeline status\nWhat You Bring\nRequired\nAt least 1 year of recruiting experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment\nExperience building and maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, HubSpot, Metabase, or proprietary systems)\nExperience creating email and outreach campaigns\nProficiency in Excel, including formulas and data tools\nComfort with cold calling and SMS outreach\nDetail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred\nLegal industry or legal recruiting knowledge\nExperience recruiting independent contractors or gig workers (1099 models)\nExperience with sourcing or dialer tools.\nSuccess in This Role Looks Like\nMeeting your territory’s onboarding goal: Each recruiter is assigned a set of states and a monthly goal for newly onboarded process servers based on the coverage needs in those states. Success means consistently meeting or exceeding that goal, with priority on the counties where we need coverage most.\nFast, steady outreach: You keep a consistent daily cadence of calls, SMS, and email, and turn it into a steady flow of qualified applicants and screening conversations.\nQuick time-to-activate: Candidates move from first contact to onboarded and claiming jobs without stalling.
