Vendor & Partner Management\nBuild and manage a strong network of civil, electrical, HVAC, signage, furniture, and equipment partners.\nNegotiate commercial terms, service levels, and execution timelines.\nEstablish vendor performance scorecards and accountability mechanisms.\nEnsure consistent quality and cost efficiency across all projects.\n4. Cost Management & Capital Efficiency\nOwn project budgets and capital expenditure planning.\nDrive cost optimization without compromising quality or customer experience.\nReview BOQs, vendor quotations, and project estimates.\nMonitor project profitability, budget adherence, and variance reporting.\n5. Cross-Functional Leadership\nPartner closely with Operations, SCM, Design, Finance, Procurement, and City Teams.\nEnsure seamless coordination from project initiation through launch readiness.\nAlign stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, and project priorities.\nAct as the central point of accountability for project delivery.\n6. Team Management & Capability Building\nBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing Projects team.\nDefine team KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability structures.\nCreate execution playbooks and training frameworks.\nFoster a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.\n7.
