As we scale across locations, we are looking for an Internal Auditor to strengthen our financial and operational controls across stores.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct regular internal and store audits across abcoffee outlets. \nAudit cash handling, POS transactions, discounts, refunds, voids, and billing. \nConduct inventory and stock audits, including consumption, wastage, and stock variance. \nIdentify financial leakages, discrepancies, and control gaps. \nEnsure compliance with SOPs, policies, and operational processes. \nReconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances. \nReview store-level expenses, purchase records, and supporting documentation. \nPrepare audit reports with clear findings and recommended corrective actions. \nCoordinate with Store Operations and Finance teams to close audit observations. \nTrack recurring issues and support implementation of preventive controls. \nConduct surprise audits and periodic checks across stores as required. \n\nCandidate Profile\n1-3 years of experience in Internal Audit / Store Audit / Operations Audit / Loss Prevention. \nExperience in QSR, café, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or FMCG preferred. \nGood understanding of inventory, cash management, POS, and operational controls. \nGood working knowledge of MS Excel and audit reporting. \nStrong analytical skills and attention to
