As we scale across locations, we are looking for an Internal Auditor to strengthen our financial and operational controls across stores. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular internal and store audits across abcoffee outlets. Audit cash handling, POS transactions, discounts, refunds, voids, and billing. Conduct inventory and stock audits, including consumption, wastage, and stock variance. Identify financial leakages, discrepancies, and control gaps. Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and operational processes. Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances. Review store-level expenses, purchase records, and supporting documentation. Prepare audit reports with clear findings and recommended corrective actions. Coordinate with Store Operations and Finance teams to close audit observations. Track
