to outlet operations during maintenance activities.\nSupport the Operations team with any other maintenance-related requirements.\nKey Skills & Requirements\n2-5 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities, engineering, or a similar\nrole.\nExperience in QSR, restaurants, cafés, hospitality, retail, or multi-location\nbusinesses will be preferred.\nBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, HVAC, and general\nmaintenance.\nStrong vendor coordination and follow-up skills.\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nComfortable travelling across Mumbai outlets.\nStrong ownership and ability to independently manage maintenance issues.\nGood communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nTimely closure of outlet maintenance issues.\nMinimum downtime due to maintenance-related breakdowns.\nPreventive maintenance completed as scheduled.\nAccurate maintenance and
