The role will be responsible for ensuring\nsmooth functioning of outlet infrastructure, equipment, electrical systems, and other\nmaintenance requirements while coordinating with vendors, regional teams, and internal\nstakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nTake ownership of maintenance operations across all outlets Pan India.\nHandle and resolve issues related to electrical systems, equipment, fixtures,\ninfrastructure, and general outlet maintenance.\nConduct regular outlet visits and audits to identify, track, and close maintenance\nissues.\nCoordinate with external vendors for electrical, equipment, civil, HVAC, plumbing,\ncarpentry, and other maintenance requirements.\nEnsure preventive maintenance is carried out as per defined schedules.\nMaintain accurate records of assets, breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance,\nand service activities.\nProvide maintenance support for new outlet openings, installations, equipment\nsetup, and store renovations.\nTake complete ownership of maintenance issues from identification to resolution,\nincluding vendor coordination and follow-ups.\nMonitor recurring breakdowns and recommend corrective actions to minimise\ndowntime.\nTrack vendor performance, service quality, costs, and adherence to agreed TATs.\nEnsure maintenance activities are completed within defined timelines and budgets.\nWork closely with Operations, Projects, Procurement, Finance, and regional teams to\nensure smooth outlet functioning.\nSupport any other maintenance or operational requirements assigned by\nmanagement.\nKey Skills & Requirements\n5-8 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, engineering, or a similar role.\nExperience in QSR, restaurants, cafés, retail, hospitality, or multi-location\nbusinesses is preferred.\nStrong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, HVAC, plumbing, civil work,\nand general maintenance.\nStrong vendor management, negotiation, and follow-up skills.\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience managing maintenance operations across multiple locations/cities.\nStrong ownership and ability to work independently.\nWillingness to travel extensively across India.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple issues and priorities simultaneously.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nMinimum maintenance-related downtime across outlets.\nMaintenance issues resolved within defined TATs.\nPreventive maintenance completed as per schedule.\nAccurate asset, breakdown, and maintenance records.\nSmooth maintenance setup and execution for new outlet openings.\nStrong vendor performance and timely issue closure.\nImproved equipment reliability and reduced recurring maintenance
