quality specifications. \nMonitor warehouse quality and storage conditions. \n\nTraining & Capability Building\nTrain store teams on food safety, hygiene, and operational standards. \nConduct refresher sessions and certification programs. \nBuild a quality-first culture across the organization. \n\nCustomer Quality Management\nAnalyze customer complaints and identify root causes. \nDrive corrective actions with Operations and Supply Chain. \nMonitor customer feedback trends to improve quality. \n\nReporting & Analytics\nPublish weekly and monthly quality dashboards. \nTrack audit scores, compliance, wastage, customer complaints, and corrective action closure. \nPresent quality performance to
