of food quality, hygiene, safety, and service. \nEnsure SOP compliance across all locations. \nConduct regular operational audits and implement corrective action plans. \nDrive consistency in guest experience. \n\nTeam Leadership\nLead and coach Restaurant Managers and Store Managers. \nBuild leadership capability through regular coaching and development. \nDrive employee engagement and retention. \nIdentify succession plans for key operational roles. \n\nCustomer Experience\nMonitor customer satisfaction metrics. \nResolve escalated customer concerns. \nEnsure excellent service standards across all outlets. \n\nFinancial Management\nManage food cost, labour cost, wastage, and controllable expenses. \nImprove restaurant profitability. \nAnalyse business reports and recommend improvement initiatives. \n\nCompliance\nEnsure statutory, legal, and brand compliance. \nMaintain food safety and hygiene standards. \nEnsure adherence to audit requirements. \n\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Training teams. \nSupport new store openings and operational readiness. \n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nExperience\n7-10 years of experience in organized QSR, restaurant chains, or hospitality operations. \nMinimum 2-3 years managing multiple restaurant locations. \nExperience handling 8-20 outlets is preferred. \nStrong exposure to P&L management. \nProven experience leading large operational teams. \n\nEducational Qualification\nGraduate in Hotel Management (IHM or equivalent preferred). \nDegree/Diploma in
