The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.\nRole Overview\nAs the SAP MM Lead Consultant, you will act as the primary point of contact for SAP Materials Management (MM) solution delivery, driving client engagement, solution design, and implementation activities.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLead the design, configuration, customization, and deployment of SAP MM solutions to meet complex business requirements.\nFacilitate client workshops, issue-resolution sessions, and blueprinting activities by explaining SAP templates, gathering requirements, and providing expert guidance on best practices.\nAnalyze business processes, identify client requirements, and define solution scope to support successful project delivery.\nCreate and maintain project documentation, including presentations, workshop materials, process flows, and solution design documents.\nPrepare and deliver demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and presentations to showcase SAP MM capabilities and support implementation and pre-sales activities.\nDevelop demo data and validate SAP MM functions, configurations, and system processes to address business and technical issues.\nSupport customers throughout the entire SAP MM implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and blueprinting through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.\nStay current with SAP MM releases, enhancements, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations and innovative solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and successful project outcomes.\nPlan, manage, and monitor project tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.\nServe as a trusted advisor to clients by providing business process consulting, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving continuous process improvements.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nAt least 6 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant, including participation in end-to-end SAP MM implementation projects.\nStrong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to explain SAP processes, lead workshops, handle Q&A sessions, and engage stakeholders effectively.\nStrong documentation and presentation skills, including the creation of PowerPoint materials for SAP solution explanations, workshops, and issue-resolution discussions.\nIn-depth knowledge of SAP MM, including configuration, customization, integration, and implementation methodologies, tools, and templates.\nStrong understanding of material management processes, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nProven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex business and system issues.\nExperience collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of SAP SD and SD-MM integration processes (e.g., sales order to purchase order flow, goods receipt, goods issue, and billing processes) is an advantage.\nExperience in SAP implementation projects within the manufacturing industry is preferred.\nFlexible to work on-site and attend client meetings as required.\nWhy Join Us\nAt Abeam Consulting, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration, and helping our employees grow and develop their skills, offering a supportive and empowering work environment.
