Business Development & Revenue Growth\nDevelop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company objectives.\nIdentify target and secure new business opportunities including large-scale projects and key accounts.\nBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.\nLead the preparation and delivery of high-impact proposals presentations and commercial offers.\nNegotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company profitability goals.\n3. Client Relationship Management\nBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.\nAct as the main point of contact for strategic clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.\nUnderstand client needs and align company services to deliver value-driven solutions.\nIdentify opportunities for upselling cross-selling and repeat business.\n4. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nLead and mentor the business development team to achieve targets and enhance performance.\nCollaborate with engineering project management procurement and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nAlign business development activities with operational capabilities and company resources.\nSupport internal teams with client insights and market feedback.\n5.
