Admin Duties\nMeet contractual conditions of performance\nWrite reports on the project for management and for funders.\nReview the work progress on a daily basis\nPrepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status\nEnsure that all project personnel receives an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project.\nTraining and development of subordinate employees to improve project performance and enhance individual career development.\nTechnical Duties\nManaging all construction tenders including tender invitations arranging site visits response to queries tender opening assessment of technical offers etc. related to his project.\nReview the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.\nOversee all on-site and off-site constructions to monitor compliance with project regulations.\nCoordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.\nSelect tools materials and equipment and track inventory.\nManage the equipment used to its full capacity to ensure effective operation.\nPlan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.\nDevelop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.\nExecute the project according to the project plan.\nDevelop forms and records to document project activities.\nSet up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.\nMonitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.\nEstablish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.\nReview the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.\nManage cash flow requirements for the projects and control expenditures within the limitations of the project budget.\nParticipate in the planning process for the project starting from the primary plan till handing over the certificate for the project.\nRevise and approved all owner and subcontractor invoices.\nFollow up and review all of the shop drawings cycle to make sure the cycle is well organized and on track.\nPrepare all project reports related to the execution approved plan and cash flow.\nLead and attend operation meetings with his team to revise all plans for projects.\nSupport all the function departments related to his project.\n\nQualifications : \nBachelors Degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering\nA minimum of 10 up to 12 years of experience in a related field experience\nVery Good English & Arabic other language is an asset\nAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.\nAbility to analyze and solve problems.\nAbility to gather data compiles information and prepares reports. \nAbility to supervise and train staff including organizing prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.\nAbility to
