Monitor workflows and adjust resources for optimalefficiency. \n Team Oversight: Supervise Associate Project Managers (APMs) on routing, approval processes, and client change documentation. Escalate issues to the Project Directoras necessary. \nBudget and Timeline Management: Manage project budgets and timelines rigorously. Monitor scope progress, identifywork breakdowns, and proactively estimate forchanges.
