This person has a passion for our brands, culture, people and is a champion for bringing different perspectives to our A&F family of brands.\nThis position is remote, based in San Francisco or San Jose, primarily supporting SF and occasionally nearby states in the Northwest US.\nWhat Will You Be Doing?\nManage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles from open role to onboarding \nDevelop new and innovative localized attraction strategies that drive the best talent to your supported markets \nPartner closely with Regional & District Managers to understand the talent strategy in your market and proactively deliver talent to open and anticipated roles. \nNetwork and build relationships with future talent \nPartner with Regional, District and Store managers to align on open roles and desired profiles \nProvide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process \nSummarize and present candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to District Managers \nLeverage data and innovation to drive results, share industry knowledge and customer insights to fine-tune the process \nSupport Existing Stores & New Stores with continued training on Recruiting initiatives, tools, and processes. \nSpend time in stores weekly training the team on recruiting initiatives, tools and processes, conducting interviews and supporting a variety of other recruiting activities. \nProject manage and support ad hoc initiatives - employer branding, data & analytics, new store openings, etc. \nRequired to travel in-market and beyond, up to 35% of the time, to attend local recruiting events, engage with key universities, provide training to supported markets, etc. \nWhat Do You Need To Bring?\nBachelor’s Degree or related experience \n1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related experience \nProven success in driving a talent acquisition strategy for the specific market \nStrong networking skills through both digital and in-person interactions \nProven talent evaluation and selection skills \nAbility to develop a localized talent acquisition strategy, supporting the candidate journey end to end \nEngaging personality with the ability to respond quickly and positively to change and ambiguity \nA collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brand \nSuccessful trackrecord in building and maintaining relationships \nProven ability to maintain a high volume of work with quality and speed \nExtreme curiosity and desire to learn \nPassion for recruitment technology and interest in driving future investments \nProven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings \nPassion for retail and the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. family of brands \nStrong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently to leadership \nStrong orientation to quality, continuous improvement and customer service \nBenefits & Perks\nAs an Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
