This is a unique opportunity to support a diverse and adventurous internal user base across various environments, ranging from corporate offices to remote camps, hotels, and even river boats. This role will have a regional focus and provide support across the EMEA region.\nYou will provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line support, ensuring that our team members can focus on delivering world-class travel experiences with minimal technical disruption.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport & Incident Management: Manage and resolve support queries via the IT service desk, phone, email, Teams, and in-person. You will act as the first point of contact and escalate complex issues within the Global IT Team to ensure timely resolutions.\n\nOnboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate with local teams to manage the full lifecycle of employee accounts, including hardware and software provisioning for new starters and secure offboarding for leavers.\n\nAsset Management: Maintain rigorous asset and user lists. You will manage the lifecycle of hardware assets according to company guidelines, including procurement and decommissioning.\n\nSystem Maintenance: Ensure all user equipment is properly maintained through regular hardware servicing and software patching/updates.\n\nCollaboration & Projects: Assist the Global IT Infrastructure team with regional projects and system upgrades. Proactively recommend technology improvements to keep the company efficient and competitive.\n\nDocumentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation for the internal IT team, as well as user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guides for staff.\n\nSystem Monitoring: Proactively monitor key systems to identify and mitigate potential issues before they impact the business.\n\nSupport existing AKTG properties, as well as other regional properties such as river boats.\n\nExperience & Qualifications\nEssential Skills:\nTechnical Proficiency: Knowledge of Windows OS and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite.\n\nMobile Management: Experienceusing andmanaging iOS and Android devices\n\nCommunication: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\n\nOperational Excellence: Strong ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.\n\nPersonal Attributes:\nA desire to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture through strong interpersonal relationships.\n\nProcess Innovator: Combines a hands-on approach to problem-solving with a genuine desire to evolve and improve current ways of working.\n\nHybrid-Ready Communicator: Comfortable navigating the complexities of a distributed workforce and managing remote reporting relationships with ease.\n\nAdaptable Change Leader: Seeking a resilient individual capable of navigating evolving priorities and championing organisational transformation through a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nYou will be part of a global team that values innovation and efficiency.
