Working within cross-functional product squads, the team partners with engineers, product managers and designers to establish robust testing practices, improve software reliability and support continuous delivery. The team champions a quality-first culture that helps Aberdeen deliver secure, resilient and customer-focused digital products.\nAbout the Role\nBased in Edinburgh, this permanent role offers the opportunity to shape quality practices across multiple agile squads. Reporting to the Quality Engineering Chapter Lead, you will define testing strategy, guide quality standards and support engineering teams in adopting effective automated and exploratory testing approaches. You will balance hands-on quality engineering with coaching and enablement, helping teams improve coverage, reliability and customer outcomes.
