The role also involves developing interfaces, reports, screens,\nworkflows, and batch processes, as well as troubleshooting complex technical\nand production issues.\n\nThe successful candidate will participate in all phases of the ERP\ndevelopment lifecycle and will be expected to work independently with minimal\nsupervision while providing technical guidance to junior developers.\n\nKey\nResponsibilities\n\n· \nERP Development & Customization: Design, develop, test,\nand maintain custom functionalities and extensions within SAGE X3 and other ERP\nenvironments.\n\n· \nTechnical Development: Develop and enhance screens, reports,\nworkflows, batch processes, scripts, and other ERP components based on\nfunctional and technical specifications.\n\n· \nSystem Integration: Design and develop interfaces and\nintegrations between ERP systems and third-party applications using appropriate\nintegration technologies, APIs, web services, and data exchange mechanisms.\n\n· \nDatabase Development: Develop and optimize SQL queries,\nstored procedures, data extraction processes, and other database-related\ncomponents required by ERP solutions.\n\n· \nTechnical Analysis: Translate business and functional\nrequirements into appropriate technical solutions and development\nspecifications.\n\n· \nSolution Design: Contribute to the technical architecture and design\nof ERP enhancements, customizations, and integrations.\n\n· \nData Migration: Develop and execute technical data migration,\ntransformation, validation, and import processes within SAGE X3.\n\n· \nTesting & Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, integration\ntesting, debugging, and code reviews to ensure the quality and reliability of\ndeveloped solutions.\n\n· \nSupport & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex\ntechnical issues related to ERP applications, custom developments,\nintegrations, interfaces, and databases.\n\n· \nPerformance Optimization: Identify and address performance\nissues within ERP customizations, integrations, queries, and batch processes.\n\n· \nDeployment & Go-Live Support: Support the deployment\nof developments across test, UAT, and production environments and provide\ntechnical assistance during Go-Live activities.\n\n· \nPost-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing technical support,\nmaintenance, bug fixes, and enhancements following ERP implementation.\n\n· \nTechnical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical\nspecifications, development documentation, integration documentation, and\ndeployment procedures.\n\n· \nTechnical Leadership: Mentor and provide technical guidance\nto junior and less experienced ERP developers and contribute to development\nbest practices.\n\n· \nCollaboration: Work closely with ERP Functional Consultants, Project\nManagers, technical teams, and clients to ensure that technical solutions meet\nbusiness requirements and are delivered within agreed timelines.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n· \nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software\nEngineering, or a related field.\n\n· \nAt least 5 years of professional experience in ERP\ndevelopment, preferably with SAGE X3 or other enterprise ERP solutions such as\nMicrosoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP.\n\n· \nStrong experience in ERP development, customization, and\ntechnical implementation.\n\n· \nStrong programming and software development skills using\ntechnologies relevant to ERP development.\n\n· \nExperience with SAGE X3 development tools and technologies\nwould be a strong advantage.\n\n· \nStrong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, database\nqueries, and data manipulation.\n\n· \nExperience developing and supporting APIs, web services,\ninterfaces, and third-party system integrations.\n\n· \nExperience with data migration, transformation, and ERP data\nimport/export processes.\n\n· \nGood understanding of software development principles,\ntesting, debugging, version control, and deployment practices.\n\n· \nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving\nskills.\n\n· \nAbility to understand functional requirements and translate\nthem into robust technical solutions.\n\n· \nAbility to work independently and manage multiple\ndevelopment priorities.\n\n· \nProficiency in both English and French.\n\n· \nGood communication and collaboration skills, particularly\nwhen working with functional consultants, technical teams, and international\nclients.\n\n· \nStrong attention to detail and
