Title : M365 Share Point - System Specialist\n\nResponsibility : \n\n- Design, configure, and improve SharePoint Online and M365-based solutions using standard platform capabilities where possible.\n\n- Translate business requirements into maintainable solution designs across SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and related M365 services.\n\n- Support the migration of selected custom functionality from Azure Functions to Azure Logic Apps where this improves maintainability and operational simplicity.\n\n- Contribute to automated provisioning and configuration concepts, for example M365 groups, SharePoint sites, templates, and approval workflows.\n\n- Design and implement integrated solutions across the M365 ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps.\n\n- Define and maintain interfaces between SharePoint and surrounding systems, using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, connectors, or workflow-based integration patterns where appropriate.\n\n- Contribute to scalable architecture concepts ensuring performance, maintainability, and operational stability in a large enterprise environment.\n\n- Support governance, security, and lifecycle management of the SharePoint tenant, take over partial project responsibilities (cross-functional teams), and provide technical consulting to internal customers.\n\nArea of Expertise/Skills : \n\n- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 solution design, configuration, or platform engineering, ideally with a focus on SharePoint Online.\n\n- Good understanding of SharePoint Online capabilities, information architecture, permissions, site structures, lists, libraries, and governance concepts.\n\n- Experience with Power Platform and workflow automation, preferably including Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.\n\n- Understanding of integration options in Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, connectors, and event- or workflow-based integration patterns.\n\n- Strong understanding of M365 architecture and how SharePoint integrates with Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and other services.\n\n- Experience designing scalable and maintainable solutions in large enterprise environments.\n\n- Good understanding of provisioning concepts, such as M365 groups, site templates, approval flows, and automation.\n\n- SharePoint development experience, including SPFx web parts, extensions, .NET, PowerShell, or custom APIs, is a plus.\n\n- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory.\n\n- Experience working in agile environments.\n\n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise internal customers and collaborate with technical and business teams.\n\nQualifications/Certification : \n\n- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (masters degree preferred).\n\n- Relevant certifications on Microsoft technologies are a plus.\n\nEducation Required & Experience : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.\n\nQualities : \n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Cloud Security initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.\n\n- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, system performance, and upcoming changes.\n\n- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.\n\n- High commitment to quality.\n\n- Having experience in Agile ways of working adds significant value.\n\n- Flexibility to extend for on-call support.\n\n- Good English communication (verbal and written).\n\n- Passionate to learn.\n\n- Proactive : Demonstrated ability to take initiative and stay ahead of emerging security threats.\n\n- Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n- Attention to Detail : Keen eye for detail to ensure thorough security measures and
