We are committed to making ABWF a great place to work, grow & develop.\nWhat's the role about?\nYour role as a Hotfill Technician will involve cooperating with colleagues to ensure compliance with and the progression of Health & Safety standards, speaking up for improvements when needed. You will be responsible for setting up the production lines as well as coordinating and supervising the line operatives ensuring you and the team work to agreed operating standards. The role is also responsible for maintaining accurate process paperwork as well as monitoring and recording performance and reporting issues to Engineers and Team Leaders. You will be expected to carry out first line investigations into any issues arising and use judgment and initiative to maintain quality and carry out day to day tasks.
