and payment-related information into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.\nReview invoices for completeness, including vendor information, invoice numbers, dates, amounts, and supporting documentation.\nMatch invoices with purchase orders, work orders, or other supporting documents when applicable.\nVerify invoice details and identify discrepancies, duplicate entries, or missing information.\nMaintain and organize electronic and physical invoice records.\nAssist with invoice coding and routing invoices for approval in accordance with company procedures.\nCommunicate with internal departments and vendors to obtain missing information or resolve basic invoice discrepancies.\nAssist with maintaining vendor records and updating account information as needed.\nSupport accounts payable reconciliations and month-end activities as assigned.\nPerform general administrative and data entry tasks to support the accounting team.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nPrevious data entry, administrative, or accounts payable experience preferred.\nBasic understanding of invoices, billing, and accounting procedures is a plus.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.\nExperience using accounting software or ERP systems preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to handle confidential financial information responsibly.\nKey Competencies\nData accuracy
