The candidate will collaborate with sales, product, technology, operations, and other business teams to understand requirements, analyse processes, and support the delivery of effective business solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.\nCollaborate and align with sales leaders to bridge sales and tech requirements\nBeing responsible for driving MIS and sales related daily chores in a high octane high pressure environment\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.\nTranslate business requirements into actionable inputs for sales, product and technology teams.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.\nAnalyse data and business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.\nSupport product enhancements and new feature development from requirement gathering through implementation.\nParticipate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and project updates.\nTrack project progress, dependencies, and risks, and follow up with stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date project and requirement documentation.\n Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n1-2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\nGood understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and business-process mapping.\nAbility to write clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.\n Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.\nProficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project-management tools.\n Basic knowledge of SQL and data-visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a consumer internet, e-commerce, travel, or
