# Senior Technical Architect

Job description: We're looking for a Senior Technical Architect to own the technical direction of our platform across web and backend systems. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set architecture standards, guide a team of 10-20 engineers, and run multiple concurrent initiatives without letting delivery timelines slip. You'll be expected to bring an AI-native mindset to how we build - using modern AI tooling to accelerate development, raise quality, and rethink how problems get solved. What You'll Do: Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, balancing scalability, performance, and cost. Lead a team of 10-20 engineers across multiple parallel projects, ensuring each ships on time and at quality. Prioritize the technical roadmap against business needs - making clear trade-offs on what to build, defer, or drop, and communicating the reasoning to stakeholders.
