The position supports budgeting, cash flow monitoring, financial reporting, and audit activities under the guidance of the Finance Manager while supervising accounting staff to ensure efficient and timely execution of finance operations.\nKEY RESPOSIBILITIES\nCoordinate and supervise daily accounting and finance activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.\nReview journal entries, payment requests, bank reconciliations, and supporting documents.\nCoordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.\nMonitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash balances, and outstanding transactions, reporting significant issues to the line Manager.\nEnsure proper implementation of financial policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls.\nMonitor compliance with applicable tax regulations and coordinate the timely preparation of tax filings.\nSupervise and guide accounting staff, and review their work for accuracy and completeness.\nCoordinate audit activities, provide supporting documentation, and follow up on audit findings.\nIdentify accounting discrepancies, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.\nMaintain proper financial records and ensure supporting documents are complete and readily available.\nCoordinate with other departments to resolve routine financial and accounting issues.\nPerforms other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.\nRequirements\nBA in Accounting & Finance or Related field\nMinimum 5 years of Experience in finance and accounting, preferably including supervisory responsibilities.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and internal controls.\nProficiency in
