Requirements include:Opening/closing facilities as needed.\nConducts facility tours for agency leadership.\nFacilitates all alternate site requirements for training and evaluations\nAdvises leadership and continuity personnel on alternate workspace requirements, availability, and capacity limits.\nEnsures all continuity requirements are met during a contingency or disruption to normal operations.\n\nContributes directly to planning efforts for emergency relocation and devolution strategies.\nCollaborates on the development of business continuity plans for the agency and its individual components.\nContinuity Training & Mission Assurance Support Toolkit\nDesigns, develops, and executes organizational training programs, compliance curricula, and comprehensive performance evaluations; develops and provides user training for the Continuity Planning Tool.\nDevelops, updates, and coordinates continuity program training with the NGA College.\nAssists with facilitation of the full exercise cycle, from initial planning through after-action reporting, for component-level continuity plans.\nServes as the requirements manager for the Continuity Planning Tool (CPT); perform requirements gathering and analysis; document future requirements for development team.\nCompliance & Risk Management\nMonitors and tracks NGA compliance across National, Executive, Federal, DoD, and IC directives and regulations to ensure alignment with overarching agency goals.\nCoordinates comprehensive mission risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and mitigation planning for ESAs through Dependency Risk Acceptance, Function Validation Process, BIA, etc.\nEstablishes continuity-related risk metrics and reporting mechanisms for senior leadership assessing Agency-level Readiness & Preparedness.\nIntroduces industry’s best practices and standards to strengthen Mission Assurance and Continuity of Operations.\nWorking Groups & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nFacilitates and leads continuity working groups, including quarterly Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) meetings.\nRepresents the agency at Intelligence Community (IC) Continuity and Mission Assurance working groups relevant to ESAs.\nCoordinates working groups to integrate agency readiness features into the MAST suite and related platforms.\nQualifications\nClearance Required: Active TS/SCI clearance (Polygraph may be required based on agency components).\nDegree and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of seven years of experience in program management, with a proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for executive decision-makers.\nRequired Certifications:\nFEMA level 1 Professional Continuity Practitioner certified (or ability to attain within 6 months of hire).\n\nRequired Skills:\nAdvanced knowledge of Federal Continuity Directives, DoD Mission Assurance strategies, and Intelligence Community (IC) Continuity policies.\nProven experience managing Business Process Analysis (BPA) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) cycles for Essential Support Activities (ESAs).\nHands-on functional administration, tool management, and user training experience in:Mission Assurance Support Toolkit (MAST).\nBlackBerry AtHoc Computer Emergency Notification System (CENS).\n\nExperience developing training curricula (ideally partnering with enterprise learning institutions).\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, in challenging environments, characterized by:Time constraints.\nResource constraints.\nCompeting priorities.\n\nAbout Abile Group, Inc.\nAbile Group, founded in July 2004 to support the Intelligence Community and its contractors across Enterprise Analytics, IT & Systems Engineering, and Program & Project Management, merged with Valiant Solutions in January 2026 - an established provider of cybersecurity technologies and services for Federal Agencies since 2005.
