All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.\nThe right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.\nResponsibilities\nAutomates and optimizes service deployments.\nIntegrates with enterprise authentication services.\nEstablishes and Improves system monitoring while maintaining established security protocols within development, test, and production systems.\nArchitects, builds and maintains On-Prem and cloud infrastructure to support team and customer initiatives.\nMaintains and improves existing infrastructure (build out autoscaling, support new services, optimize for cost efficiencies/authentication/search, etc.)\nAdministers production, staging and development environments.\nManages and aggregates server logs and monitors for security and system related incidents.\nMonitors and analyzes system performance, such as server load and resource usage.\nMaintains and improves existing build and deployment processes using CI/CD tools.\nApplies configuration management disciplines to maintain software revisions, security patches, hardening, and documentation.\nEnforces best practices for security and reliability, and drives security initiatives, like access control and vulnerability testing.\nWorks with A&A Teams to maintain security requirements for operation of systems.\nMaintains documentation of designs/configurations, ensuring team members have continuity of recurring tasks.\nFollows up on engineering tasks for operational solutions, and validates completion.\nManages operational readiness board - presents at weekly meetings and determines if development services are ready for automation based on best practices and maintainability.\nTracks and ensures routine operations maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.\nParticipates in SAFe and Scrum development teams and meetings.\nOn-call support will be required.\nQualifications\nClearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.\nDegree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of years of experience and education.\n8+ years of experience. \nRequired Skills:\nExperience working with container images and platforms (Kubernetes/Docker/OpenShift)\nStrong understanding of DevOps and software/application development processes.\nUnderstanding of GitLab or other DevOps/Continuous Integration tools.\nUnderstanding of microservice design and architectural pattern best practices.\nUnderstanding of Python, Bash, and Shell scripting.\nKnowledge of network technologies, common infrastructure components, load balancers, firewalls, virtual and physical infrastructure design.\nStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nMust possess excellent time management skills and the drive to work unsupervised.\nExperience with deploying On-Prem infrastructure.\nUS Citizenship Required.\nDesired Skills:\nExperience in building processes for deploying to a Kubernetes based environment using Gitlab and Helm.\nUnderstanding of access management and security groups (i.e. IAM, S3 bucket, SSH, VPN, etc.)\nAbility to write and use unit and functional testing.\nExperience using Jira and Confluence.\nAbout Abile Group, Inc.\nAbile Group, founded in July 2004 to support the Intelligence Community and its contractors across Enterprise Analytics, IT & Systems Engineering, and Program & Project Management, merged with Valiant Solutions in January 2026 - an established provider of cybersecurity technologies and services for Federal Agencies since 2005.
