All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.\nThe right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.\nResponsibilities\nArchitects, designs, and provides TIER 3/4 support to system administrators in order to resolve VDI issues.\nProvides guidance on optimization of desktops for platform interoperability and acts as liaison between Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies.\nOffers endpoint support on issues and trouble resolution tasks on Virtual Desktop related tasks.\nMaintains an Advanced knowledge relative to administration, engineering, and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies.\nOperates across multiple and complex production environments with multiple stakeholders.\nApplies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.\nConducts trade studies and makes recommendations on solutions and \"make buy\" decisions.\nQualifications\nClearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain Poly.\nDegree and Years of Experience: BS degree or a combination of years of experience and education.\n5+years of related experience. \nRequired Skills:\nExperience providing engineering support for legacy and current versions of Citrix products.\n\nProgressive roles from Administrator to Sr. Engineer.\n\nCitrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later.\n\nCitrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS).\n\nCitrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).\n\nCitrix Netscaler / ADC / VPX.\n\nCitrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM).\n\nCitrix App Layering.\n\nLiquidware Profile Unity.\n\nHyper V, VMWare VDI (Microsoft or Citrix NetScalers / ADCs).\n\nFamiliar with HP AnyConnect and Leostream.\nDesired Skills:\nExperience managing and administering Windows Server clustering.\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.\n\nSystem Center Virtual Machine Manager/Vmware Vcenter 6.7.\n\nActive Directory/ Group Policies.\n\nHome Directory and Profile management Support Services.\n\nDesktop Software provisioning and Support Services.\n\nAbout Abile Group, Inc.\nAbile Group, founded in July 2004 to support the Intelligence Community and its contractors across Enterprise Analytics, IT & Systems Engineering, and Program & Project Management, merged with Valiant Solutions in January 2026 - an established provider of cybersecurity technologies and services for Federal Agencies since 2005.
