All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.\nThe right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.\nResponsibilities\nIntegrates multiple data streams into customer system.\nCompletes Cloud platform migrations (between currently existing and available platforms)\nDevelops AI features for existing Ontology-based software applications.\nCreates sustainable software applications - work is estimated accurately, branching strategies are efficient, code repos are maintained, etc.\nWorks as a member of an agile scrum team and participates in regular agile ceremonies applying scrum methodologies - daily stand up, planning, sprint reviews, demos, retrospectives.\nImplements requirements from the product backlog.\nAssists in writing backlog requirements/user stories.\nUtilizes a modern DevSecOps approach in building software applications.\nDevelops and modifies applications, software, services, utilities, interfaces, and IT systems that support systems and analysts.\nQualifications\nClearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.\nDegree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or any related field/major, or 6 additional years of experience in information technology.\n8+ years of experience.\nRequired Skills:\nSenior-level software development experience designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and mission-focused applications.\nStrong programming experience with Python, Java, and Scala.\nExperience developing and integrating RESTful APIs, Git-based workflows, automated unit/integration/system testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.\nHands-on experience with Docker/containerization, microservice architectures, Helm, and development container environments.\nExperience developing applications using Generative AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and LLM-enabled workflows.\nExperience designing, deploying, and supporting cloud-native applications using AWS, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.\nExperience integrating, transforming, and managing data from multiple sources, organizations, and network environments.\nExperience deploying applications into new or complex network environments.\nExperience applying DevSecOps practices, including secure software development, code hardening, dependency/package updates, vulnerability remediation, and automated security scanning.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex software systems and collaborate across development, infrastructure, security, and mission teams.\nDesired Skills:\nFamiliarity with data normalization, transformation, and visualization techniques.\nFamiliarity with graph-based data models, data relationships, and advanced data structures.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nExperience developing and presenting technical metrics, status reports, and project updates to internal leadership and external customers.\nDemonstrated ability and willingness to mentor junior developers and contribute to team engineering practices.\nAbout Abile Group, Inc.\nAbile Group, founded in July 2004 to support the Intelligence Community and its contractors across Enterprise Analytics, IT & Systems Engineering, and Program & Project Management, merged with Valiant Solutions in January 2026 - an established provider of cybersecurity technologies and services for Federal Agencies since 2005.
