All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.\nThe right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.\nResponsibilities\nSupports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal and external SharePoint sites.\nImproves the visual design, layout, branding, and usability of SharePoint pages and published content.\nCreates and maintains visually compelling digital products that improve information sharing and user engagement.\nProvides graphic design, publishing, and media support for a wide variety of materials, including layouts, illustrations, charts, graphs, logos, infographics, and photos.\nCreates and edits visual content for strategic plans, leadership briefs, training materials, outreach products, and general information pages.\nWorks closely with leadership and stakeholders to enhance organizational content, reports, briefs, dashboards, and other user-facing products.\nApplies modern design principles to improve readability, accessibility, consistency, and overall presentation across SharePoint-hosted content.\nSupports SharePoint branding, customization, and page design using front-end web technologies and platform-native capabilities.\nCollaborates with stakeholders to standardize templates, page layouts, and visual identity across sites and publications.\nTranslates complex information into intuitive and visually effective content for a broad range of users.\nQualifications\nClearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.\nDegree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree (Additional Education, Training, Certifications or Work Experience can be substituted in lieu of degree or work experience).\n10+ years of related SharePoint development experience.\n5 years of experience in analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications.\n3-5 years of experience with SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint SE.\nRequired Certifications:\n8140.01M IAT Level II certification.\nRequired Skills:\nDemonstrated experience supporting SharePoint branding, page design, and user experience improvement.\nDemonstrated experience in graphic design, infographic creation, and visual content development.\nExperience partnering with leadership, content owners, and technical teams to create polished, mission-focused digital products.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple taskings and stakeholder needs.\nExperience creating and customizing SharePoint workflows in SharePoint Designer.\nExperience creating customized InfoPath forms.\nExperience building and supporting all aspects of SharePoint, including sites, site collections, master pages, templates, web parts, content types and policies, lists, libraries, workflows, authentication, security groups, permissions, and customizations.\nFamiliarity with third-party SharePoint applications.\nExperience with SharePoint templates, customization, branding, and web development, including HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, CAML, and JavaScript.\nStrong SharePoint troubleshooting skills.\nStrong documentation and communication skills.\nStrong user interaction, requirements gathering, and business analysis skills.\nUnderstanding of SharePoint business intelligence capabilities.\nUnderstanding of PKI infrastructure and certificates.\nExperience with PowerShell SharePoint module and scripting.\nExperience with SharePoint application architecture and information management.\nExperience using SharePoint for document management and website publishing.\nExperience in graphic design, visual communications, page layout, branding, and publication support.\nExperience creating infographics, charts, dashboards, and other visual products for executive or organizational audiences.\nAbility to balance technical SharePoint development with business-facing design and publishing requirements.\nMicrosoft certifications preferred.\nAbout Abile Group, Inc.\nAbile Group, founded in July 2004 to support the Intelligence Community and its contractors across Enterprise Analytics, IT & Systems Engineering, and Program & Project Management, merged with Valiant Solutions in January 2026 - an established provider of cybersecurity technologies and services for Federal Agencies since 2005.
