All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.\nThe right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.\nResponsibilities\nManages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems.\n\nMaintains the integrity and security of servers and systems.\n\nSets up administrator and service accounts.\n\nMaintains system documentation.\n\nInteracts with users and evaluates vendor products.\n\nMakes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.\n\nDevelops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.\n\nMay program in an administrative language.\n\nDevelops and implements testing strategies and document results.\n\nProvides advice and training to end-users.\n\nProvides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members.\n\nMaintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.\n\nParticipates in special projects as required.\n\nQualifications\nClearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.\nDegree and Years of Experience: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.\n5-10 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.\nRequired Certifcations: DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification or equivalent, or ability to obtain within a defined period.\nRequired Skills:\nProvides support for maintenance and change requests of all \"user facing\" devices and systems.\nAttention to detail, strong organizational skills.\nStrong writing skills (document creation and note taking).\nStrong time management skills.\nAbility to work within a team for projects and/or tasks.\nMulti-mission environment experience.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nAbility to troubleshoot and document various problems.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nDesired Skills:\nSoftware package/binary deployment (Tanium, Numecent, XenApp, SCCM/MECM).\nServiceNow experience.\nThin Client operating systems and virtual hosted desktop OS (AVD/ThinPro/Citrix).\nClient operating systems (Windows 11).\nVirtual Desktop Infrastructure (Azure Virtual Desktop, ESX/vSphere4, XenDesktop).\nAdvanced Scripting in Python / PowerShell.\nLog Analysis experience for troubleshooting.\nAbout Abile Group, Inc.\nAbile Group, founded in July 2004 to support the Intelligence Community and its contractors across Enterprise Analytics, IT & Systems Engineering, and Program & Project Management, merged with Valiant Solutions in January 2026 - an established provider of cybersecurity technologies and services for Federal Agencies since 2005.
