The work is performed both at the office in Solna and on-site at Abilia’s customers’ locations.\nThe role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction and documentation. You’ll primarily work on scheduled installations, service calls, and repairs, and you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out in a structured manner and in accordance with Abilia’s established procedures and processes.\nTo thrive in this role, we believe you are someone who values order and structure and understands the importance of documenting your work. You work methodically, follow established procedures and processes, and take responsibility for ensuring your tasks are followed through from start to finish.\nIn this role, you will, among other things:\nProvide technical support to customers and colleagues\n\nTroubleshoot, repair, and service Abilia’s products\n\nPerform installations, service calls, and repairs at customer sites\n\nPerform simple technical tasks and assembly, such as battery replacements\n\nWork with technical equipment such as tablets, alarm systems, and other electronic products\n\nWorking hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday\nEmployment type: Full-time\nStart date: To be agreed upon\nWork location: Solna, with work on-site at client locations\nA background check will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.\nOur Qualification Requirements\nHave an interest in technology and a good practical understanding\n\nBe comfortable with computers, IT systems, and technical equipment\n\nBe solution-oriented and willing to take initiative\n\nBe able to plan, organize, and follow up on your work independently\n\nBe meticulous and comfortable working according to established procedures and processes\n\nBe service-oriented and enjoy customer contact\n\nHave strong communication skills\n\nBe able to communicate fluently in Swedish\n\nHave a good command of English, both spoken and written\n\nHold a Class B driver’s license\n\nThe following are also desirable\nExperience in technical support or IT support\n\nExperience as a service technician or in a similar hands-on technical role\n\nExperience troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing technical equipment\n\nExperience or knowledge in electronics\n\nExperience with alarm systems or similar technical systems\n\nExperience
