The role leads the planning, creation and delivery of high-quality communications across a range of channels, including leadership communications, colleague engagement campaigns, business updates, events and organisational change programmes.\nWorking closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the Group, the Internal Communications Manager will champion a culture of open communication, recognition and engagement. The role will create compelling content, manage key communication channels and provide strategic communications support to ensure colleagues understand the Group's direction, celebrate successes and feel connected to the wider organisation, helping to foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.\nThis role collaborates closely with various departments to streamline communication processes, provide meaningful insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and deliver the Group's internal communications strategy, ensuring alignment with our purpose, Strategic priorities, values and culture.\nAct as the primary point of contact for all internal communications activities across AM Healthcare Group.\nCreate, edit and deliver high-quality communications content across multiple channels, including newsletters, intranet content, leadership updates, presentations, video scripts and employee communications.\nManage the Group's internal communication channels, ensuring content is timely, relevant, engaging and consistent with brand standards.\nSupport senior leaders with strategic communications, including executive messaging, organisational announcements, town halls and colleague engagement activities.\nLead the planning and delivery of employee engagement campaigns, recognition programmes and cultural initiatives across the Group.\nDevelop and implement communication plans to support organisational change, business transformation projects and key strategic initiatives.\nWork closely with stakeholders across all business areas to identify communication opportunities and ensure key messages are effectively communicated.\nCoordinate the production of internal communication materials, working with external agencies, designers, videographers and other suppliers where required.\nManage the Group's annual internal communications calendar, ensuring key business events, campaigns and communications activities are planned and delivered effectively.\nMeasure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications activity, providing insight and recommendations for continuous improvement.\nSupport the organisation's employer brand by promoting colleague stories, achievements, innovations and best practice from across the Group.\nProvide communications support for colleague events, leadership forums, conferences and other internal engagement activities.\nSupport wider business projects and strategic initiatives as required by the Senior Leadership Team\nEstablish internal communications KPIs and measure colleague engagement, channel effectiveness and campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.\nExplore and implement emerging communications technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve communication effectiveness and colleague engagement.\nSkills and Experience\nProven experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and communication channels.\nStrong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organisation.\nExperience supporting leadership communications and organisational change programmes.\nStrong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExperience planning and delivering colleague engagement campaigns and events.\nAbility to develop communication strategies, plans and content that support business objectives.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Teams (including Town Hall delivery).\nExperience using internal communication platforms, digital channels and content management systems.\nCreative thinker with the ability to identify engaging ways to communicate complex information.\nProactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-focused approach.\nAdaptable and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProfessional, reliable and accountable for delivering agreed outcomes.\nCollaborative, approachable and committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.\nQualifications:\nEducated to A-Level standard or equivalent.\nQualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.\nA minimum of four years experience in a management role in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Corporate Communications or a related field.\nWhat we Offer:\n£50,000 -
