A high-performance distribution center with several logistics hall sections and upstream social and administration buildings is being built on a site area of approx. 190,000 m². A total of 56,000 m² of logistics space, 4,600 m² of office space and a product processing center (PMC) with an area of approx. 1,100 m² will be created in the first construction phase. Possible expansion areas are planned.
A total of around 700 jobs are to be created here by 2031. Following the start of construction in September 2022 and the topping-out ceremony in November 2023, gradual commissioning is planned from the second half of 2024. In spring 2025, up to 19,000 parcels are to be delivered here every day to over 30,000 customers worldwide. The location in Bernburg (Saale) complements the company's two existing European distribution centers in Tongeren, Belgium, and Poing near Munich.

Werkstudent/ Studentische Hilfskraft Facility (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung des Facility Management-Teams bei der Planung und Organisation von Facility
- Mitarbeit bei der Datenerfassung und -pflege im Programm Spartacus
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen im Facility Management
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und Unterstützung des Teams
Was wir uns wünschen:
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Facility Management, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Studiengang
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Programm Spartacus sind von Vorteil
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Word)
- Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
