Implementation Management owns the plan from kickoff to Hypercare exit. Product Consulting translates the partner’s operating model into BEES capabilities. Implementation Engineering configures and lands the technical delivery so integrations run in production. One owner per decision: plan, fit, and system.\nAbout the role\nYou are the owner of a partner’s implementation, from kickoff to Hypercare exit. You run the timeline and are the single point of escalation. You do not own fit-gap (Product Consulting) and you do not land the integration in production (Implementation Engineering) - you own the plan, the commitments, and the SE → TCS handoff.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the partner implementation from kickoff through Hypercare exit: timeline, milestones, dependencies and partner coordination.\nGet technical feasibility agreed with KAM / Commercial before any commitment is made to the partner.\nHold pillar owners accountable; be the single point of escalation when a commitment slips.\nOwn the SE → TCS handoff and the standard implementation playbook - so the next partner does not start from a blank page.\nProtect the go-live date without accepting a technically infeasible scope.\nLeading KPI: on-time go-live rate ≥ 90%.
