You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot industrial challenges and ensure the seamless execution of operational targets. Your expertise is vital to Wallbox's scalability, driving the company's ability to deliver high-quality EV charging solutions globally.\n\nResponsibilities:\nLead process KPIs analysis and process improvements with the multidisciplinary team \nTechnical lead of process downtime\nIntroduce and develop lean manufacturing techniques \nLead chrono/MTM analysis of new and current projects assigned\nDevelop production line tools and jigs inhouse and/or coordinating with an external supplier\nReceive and assure the transfer from project development to production series of new production line projects with the marked goals in time, quality and budget\nAssure introduction of engineering product/software changes into the production line with the marked goals in time, quality and budget\nCreate all documentation related to the process and standards achievement\nDevelop and lead PFMEAs\nProcess analysis - Methods and times\nLead Lessons Learned of projects and product influence in future projects\nLead and participate in Kaizen activities\nSupport other departments in critical problems affecting quality and production of the factory\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field\nHigh proactivity and eager to learn\nExcellent analytical skills and root cause identification\nAble to coordinate a multidisciplinary team.
