fonctionnalités (React/Next.js, TypeScript, Express)\nParticipation à la conception technique et aux choix d'architecture, en collaboration avec l'équipe interne et nos prestataires\nGestion quotidienne de la maintenance applicative\nSupport / Helpdesk applicatif\nRédaction de procédures et maintien de la documentation à jour\n Formation supérieure en informatique (minimum bac +3)\nExpérience de 2 à 5 ans en développement web, avec une bonne maîtrise de TypeScript et de React (Next.js apprécié)\nConnaissances solides en architecture d'API REST (Node.js / Express) et en bases de données relationnelles et ORM (PostgreSQL)\nMaîtrise de Git et des bonnes pratiques associées\nUne expérience dans le domaine médical ou avec des contraintes de conformité (HDS, RGPD) est
