Node.js development.\nStrong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs.\nProven experience building or contributing to ATS, HRMS, or Applicant Evaluation Platforms (AEPs) is mandatory.\nStrong understanding of backend architecture, authentication, and API design.\nExperience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.\nKnowledge of asynchronous programming and performance optimisation.\nExperience working with Git and modern development workflows.\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nKnowledge of microservices architecture.\nExperience with Docker and containerised deployments.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines.\nUnderstanding of
