For information about ABM’s benefits, visit Annual Benefits-Staff and Management\n Manage day-to-day facilities operations for assigned customer accounts.\nDevelop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits.\nEnsure all services are delivered according to contract specifications, company standards, and customer expectations.\nConduct routine quality inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.\nMonitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and service metrics.\nRecruit, hire, train, develop, and retain janitorial team members and supervisors.\nManage employee scheduling, staffing levels, attendance, and labor utilization.\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.\nInvestigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely manner.\nOversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumable products.\n Required\nHigh school diploma or GED required;
